this is dumb fun AND the most feminist movie in film herstory; a joke that takes place in all of 30 seconds i think about all the time where the killer bimbos have been framed for the murder of sleazy gogo club manager "shifty joe" and the murderer tosses the gun in their hands & runs out the backdoor of the club so they run out after him & hit the road in their convertible -- cut to them driving over rear-projected neon l.a. streets:"why don't we just call the police and tell them what happened...they'll believe us!""cops never listen to girls like us...trust me, i know..""well if we can find the guy who did it & turn him in, then theyd believe us, right???""lulu, you're dreaming!! that guy's probably in another country by now!!"
