At first glance it seems very much like a salute to Jackass or CKY bros and if you look closer you’ll see an ode to stuntmen, to filmmaking, to the innate desire of all humans to create and tell stories…but if you squint you’ll see a heartfelt comedy about fearlessly facing the unavoidable transitions of life. Many will hate it, many others will fall in love with the Napoleon Dynamite meets Hot Rod (with a touch of Letterkenny) of it all.
