Although, as might be the case for many, Marlon, Shawn, and even the two Damons are probably better known than Keenen, who, one could argue, has been the force behind so many of them finding their place in entertainment. Whether it's the two Scary Movies, White Chicks or Little Man, whether these films are your favorite or not, they all hold a dear place in my heart since I grew up watching them. As for "White Chicks", let's just say I always remember it when I don't wear deodorant.However, I was not able to see the man in action until today. And in many ways, Keenen has nothing to envy to the rest of his family. While watching this film, one can see many of the influences and particularly the distinctive humour that defined most of his work, including his "Scary Movies". Although some jokes did not land, one cannot help but appreciate the idea and the intention behind the parodies that don't limit themselves to movies, but real life. A big part of what makes every joke and movie work is the performances, and in this case everyone does an awesome job.
