Navy Spy, the second of four movies about the federal agent Alan O'Connor starring Conrad Nagel with his girl Eleanor Hunt. And it's terribly dull. At least the first one, Yellow Cargo (1936), had Vince Barnett to bring a few laughs. This one didn't and the two bland leads was unable to lift this terribly low budget crime movie to even a remotely interesting level.
