Ο Κιουνγκ, αστυνομικός του Χονγκ Κονγκ, καταφθάνει στη Νέα Υόρκη για να παραβρεθεί στο γάμο ενός θείου του. Κανείς όμως δεν τον πληροφόρησε πως θα βρεθεί στην καρδιά του Μπρονξ.
