I was in the gym watching this while on the bike, laughing my ass off and the guy next to me looked over at what I was watching and just left. I guess most people these days don't watch stuff like this anymore, let alone on their phone...at the gym. He is really missing out.
Ο Μπάστερ και η οικογένειά του πηγαίνουν ένα ταξίδι με το σκάφος που ο ίδιος έχει φτιάξει και που αποδεικνύεται ότι είναι η μια καταστροφή μετά την άλλη.

Keaton at his most creative. One of the best crafted shorts I’ve ever laid my eyes on, easily one of his best. Uses boats in ways none had used before, very elaborate in its set-design and its usage. Narratively there’s not much to be in awe at (Keaton takes his wife and his two kids on a boat, leaving a path of disaster after disaster) but stylistically it’s one of the most impressive things at that time. Definitely one of his funniest works too, gag after gag, I couldn’t get enough. Iconic scene after scene, the endless water flooding the inside of the boat as Keaton suffers to try to stop it all, the whole family sinking in the bathtub, the ending sequence where Keaton is mouthing to the camera “damn if I know”. Beautiful, inventive and a nonstop wave of misfortunes that kept me smiling. Buster is priceless, he’s the goat on the boat.Check out my list:BUSTER KEATON RANKED
it's really cute how buster's kids in this one all wear the same hat that he does, like it's a family tradition or something.
