It's dismissive of the many other charms here to call this a Tarantino knockoff, but it is the best one of those ever made, absorbing tics of his almost nobody ever notices. I adored this.
I can't imagine how much planning must have gone into making this Los Angeles-set neo-noir movie. Filming/choreographing one uninterrupted long take can already be a chore, having your entire movie be nothing more than five 20-minute ones is just mental.It still boggles my mind.I had a great time watching this with Aiah and Adrian.
