Sanam’s music transcends genres, fusing traditional Persian influences with jazz, contemporary, experimental sounds and electronic compositions vocals & soundscapes Ud & Saz musician Jelte Fossen delves into the rich history of Mediterranean and Eastern-European folk music and giving it a modern twist, with his colourful background of musical styles he also plays the Bouzouki, Guitar, Percussion and Drums. Afro Anatolian percussionist & producer Sjahin During is a long time Mezrab friend. A founder of many music groups including Arifa, The Namibian Tales & Tarhana. His spendid and original percussion set-up with instruments from Cuba and Istanbul, India & the African continent. Layer upon layer his hybrid sound was created.
