Wolfmother, geleid door Andrew Stockdale, bracht in 2021 zijn zesde album 'Rock Out' uit, een product van de pandemieperiode. Terwijl de wereld op pauze stond, creëerde Stockdale het album in zijn thuisstudio, waarbij hij alle instrumenten zelf speelde. Het resultaat is een energieke mix van, naar eigen zeggen, rockinvloeden uit de jaren '70 en '80, en bands zoals Cream en Deep Purple. Het album was een cathartische uitlaatklep, een ode aan klassieke rock, maar met een frisse, eigentijdse draai.
