The stage is set for vocalists every Sunday evening at LA's iconic World Stage. Join a supportive and inspiring atmosphere where singers can perform alongside a live, professional jazz trio featuring piano, bass, and drums. Hosted by Rene "Mama Nene" Fisher Mims, this weekly session is dedicated to the legacy of the late Rose Gales. While the house band is familiar with many standards, participants are encouraged to bring their own charts. Both performers and audience members are welcome to experience this long-standing community jazz tradition in Leimert Park.
