A homegrown, underground blues night.
Formed in late 2011, The Strands feature a genre-defying sound combining thoughtful, provocative lyrics with passionate grooves. The ensemble brings together vocalist Amanda Campbell, West Coast Blues Hall of Fame guitarist Richard Green, keyboardist Emily Ashenfelter, drummer Lance Tamahana, bassist Paul Campbell, percussionist Jim McGrath, and backing vocalist Heather Ogilvy.
