A rising star in the jazz scene, Hugo Guezbar is a young guitarist from Montpellier who has already performed alongside some of the genre's biggest names. Known for his musical maturity and unique playing style, he gained attention opening the 2018 Django Reinhardt Festival with the Django Legacy collective and performing at Salle Pleyel in 2021. For this performance, he is joined by Mathieu Chatelain on rhythm guitar and Esteban Felix on double bass. The trio presents a crossover repertoire that blends the influences of Django Reinhardt, Wes Montgomery, and George Benson, unified by their distinct ensemble sound.
