Inner Duo presents a program where classical music, tango, and world music meet. Comprised of accordionist Helena Sousa Estévez and a double bassist, the duo places rhythm and lyricism at the center of their performance. Their arrangements combine repertoire from various styles, utilizing the unique combination of accordion and double bass to create a distinctive soundscape. Founded in 2020, Inner Duo has performed at international venues including the Dutch International Tango Week. Both musicians are active in the international music scene and work interdisciplinarily, bringing together influences from Portugal, Spain, and the Netherlands. This performance in Brasapark Amsterdam is part of the Grachtenfestival.
