Τα Κανάρια δημιουργήθηκαν στα Χανιά το φθινόπωρο του 2021 και ταξιδεύουν παίζοντας παραδοσιακά τραγούδια από την Ελλάδα και τα Βαλκάνια. Συνδυάζουν το παραδοσιακό ηχόχρωμα με σύγχρονα στοιχεία σε μια γιορτή που ενώνει μουσικούς, χορευτές και θεατές.
