Flow////State___ album release event: Flowers/Ghosts&Echoes. An immersive audio-visual experience featuring slow moving drones, electric guitar ambience, and sculptural light. The audio-visual project Flowers/Ghosts&Echoes features the guitar duo of Goncalo Oliveira and James A.-McEwan, who unfold slow-moving instrumental landscapes of drones, post-rock ambience, noise-inflected textures, and post-minimalist environments. Their sound world interacts with the performative visuals of Felix Bodin, created with his self-designed visual instrument. This performance celebrates the release of their second album, Flow////State___. The opening act, Arvind Ganga, presents his Three Amplifier Immersive Guitar Sound System Experience, a diy multi-channel setup that immerses the audience in sound coming from all directions, ranging from sparse, crackling textures and ethereal radiant drones to dense webs of mingling, fusing and colliding sounds.
