Join Lunge for a 5K run or 1.5-mile hot walk, followed by an after-party with a DJ set at Bk Backyard. The run starts promptly at 11:00 AM with arrival by 10:30 AM to join pace groups ranging from 8 min/mile to 10:30+ min/mile. Both running and hot walking options start and finish at Bk Backyard. The afters at Bk Backyard feature drinks, music, wellness brands, vendors, and food. Singles are asked to wear all black. This event takes place rain or shine.
