Experience a presentation concert featuring contemporary music performed by talented amateurs. CoMA'dam, originating from the United Kingdom's 'open-score' formula, allows compositions to be played by virtually any ensemble, creating unique sonic possibilities. This performance includes a range of new pieces by Dutch and English composers. Led by renowned conductor Lucas Vis, an expert in modern music who has worked with major Dutch orchestras, the concert also features guest soloists. Percussionist Peter Prommel performs an experimental classical modern piece, and Ukrainian pianist Antonii Baryshevskyi premieres his new composition for harpsichord.
