BEIRUT
Beirut, the musical project of American artist Zach Condon, returns with his seventh album, A Study Of Losses. This significant work features eighteen songs and spans nearly an hour of music, marking it as the band's most extensive production to date. The album's origins trace back to a collaboration with Swedish circus Kompani Giraff, exploring themes of loss, grief, and impermanence through a blend of choral sounds, Renaissance-inspired motifs, and evocative string arrangements. These special performances at Salle Pleyel mark the project's return to the stage in support of this new material.
