Το Κέντρο Ιστορικών Μελετών της Καθολικής Επισκοπής Σύρου (ΚΙΜΚΕΣ) παρουσιάζει μια συναυλία μεσαιωνικής μουσικής με το μουσικό σύνολο Ex Silentio. Η εκδήλωση πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του παγκόσμιου εορτασμού για τη συμπλήρωση 800 χρόνων από την κοίμηση του Αγίου Φραγκίσκου της Ασίζης. Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει έργα των Hildegard von Bingen, Walther von der Vogelweide, Oswald von Wolkenstein και άλλων, καθώς και αποσπάσματα από το Laudario di Cortona και τα Cantigas de Santa Maria. Παράλληλα με τη μουσική, θα αναγνωστούν κείμενα του Αγίου Φραγκίσκου και αποσπάσματα από το βιβλίο «Francesco, canto di una creatura» της ποιήτριας Alda Merini.
