Με αφορμή τη συμπλήρωση 200 χρόνων από την ονοματοθεσία της Ερμούπολης, το Λύκειον των Ελληνίδων Σύρου παρουσιάζει ένα διήμερο ιστορικών αναπαραστάσεων. Την πρώτη ημέρα, στο λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης, αναβιώνει η άφιξη των πρώτων προσφύγων του 1822 με παραδοσιακά καΐκια και αφήγηση από τον Στέλιο Μάινα. Η δεύτερη ημέρα στον προαύλιο χώρο του Ναού Μεταμορφώσεως επικεντρώνεται στη μεγάλη συνέλευση του 1826 όπου αποφασίστηκε το όνομα της πόλης, με θεατρικά δρώμενα και τη συμμετοχή του Μητροπολίτη Σύρου.
