Yotoco is a dynamic 5-member band based in Brooklyn that blends the sounds of the Puerto Rican Cuatro with Afro-Caribbean Folklore, Son Cubano, Cumbia, Salsa, and Plena. The group's music features soulful harmonies and original lyrics paired with pulsating rhythms, creating a refreshing sound in Latin music. The ensemble is named after the town of Yotoco in Colombia.
