Wegens groot succes een nieuwe editie van Jazz Yoga! Even ontsnappen aan de rat-race? Kom helemaal in je eigen flow tijdens een speciale jazzy yoga-sessie mét livemuziek. Rol je matje uit in zaal 1, waar plek is voor 75 yogis, en strek anderhalf uur lang al je spieren terwijl je volledig tot rust komt. Op het podium: onze yoga maestro Suzanne Kipping en een sfeervol jazzcombo met getalenteerde muzikanten van Codarts Rotterdam. Suzanne begon 12 jaar geleden uit nieuwsgierigheid met het beoefenen van meditatie en yoga. Ze was op zoek naar nieuwe manieren om haar lichaam en geest in balans te brengen. Na haar eerste les was ze meteen hooked aan het gevoel dat het haar gaf. Ze besloot dat ze dat gevoel wilde doorgeven en werd zelf yoga docent. Suzanne began practicing meditation and yoga 12 years ago out of curiosity. She was searching for new ways to bring her body and mind into balance. After her very first class, she was instantly hooked by the feeling it gave her. She decided she wanted to pass that feeling on and became a yoga teacher herself. Expect a unique yoga session with relaxing soundscapes and grooves that will lift you to a higher state of being.
