Evan Palmer is a bassist, multi-instrumentalist, and composer known for his physical and unrelenting style that blends Black American improvised music, European classical, and metal traditions. For this performance, he is joined by Steve Swell on trombone and Nick Neuberg on drums. Based in Brooklyn, Palmer is a versatile improviser whose work spans solo bass concerts to grindcore shows and free jazz ensembles. The performance consists of two sets at 7:30PM and 9:00PM. Seating is first-come, first-served, with limited standing room available.
