Ο Julian Sklar υπήρξε αστέρι της λονδρέζικης pop art σκηνής των ’60s και ’70s, όμως δεν έχει ζωγραφίσει εδώ και δεκαετίες και είναι πια οικονομικά κατεστραμμένος.
