A La Carte is a Germany-based female disco vocal trio formed in 1978 by producers Tony Hendrik and Karin Hartmann. Known for upbeat eurodisco anthems and a rotating line-up of English vocalists, the group delivered catchy, polished dance-pop hits such as 'River Blue' and 'Ahé Tamouré'. Their signature sound combines lush orchestrations, infectious rhythms, and harmonious vocal arrangements representative of the late-70s and early-80s European club scene.
