This project was started to look into the power of music in dealing with the symptoms of ADHD. I have found music allows me a portal to express any excess emotions that I feel that can't come out safely any other way. My goal is to teach anyone with ADHD about the powers of music creation and how it can be used as a portal for themselves to express their emotions. One Love x
