Brett Cameron Steinberg is a New York-based singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose emotionally charged pop/rock blends soaring melodies, genre-spanning production, and introspective songwriting inspired by the spirit of mid-2000s Coldplay. A semifinalist in the 2021 and 2023 International Songwriting Competitions—judged by artists including Coldplay and Dua Lipa—Steinberg has independently written, recorded, and produced his entire catalog. His music has been featured by EARMILK, The Howard Stern Show, wave of good noise, iHeartRadio, and Complex Music. Onstage, he's opened shows and festivals for artists including Kodaline, Jon Bellion, Greyson Chance, Never Shout Never, The Rocket Summer, Jamie N Commons, and Lydia. Steinberg's debut full-length album, It Comes in Waves & When It's Here I'll Know (2019), earned two Independent Music Awards nominations. He followed it with ADD COLOUR (2020), mastered by Grammy Award-winning engineer John Greenham (Billie Eilish). His latest album, THE ALCHEMIST'S SUNDAY MORNING CLUB, was released on June 12, 2026, followed by a packed headlining show at New York City's Mercury Lounge. Most recently, Steinberg was selected as one of approximately 30 songwriters from more than 4,000 applicants to attend the 2026 American Songwriter Between The Lines Songwriting Camp, where current and past mentors include Julia Michaels, Dasha, Tushar Apte, David Ryan Harris, Sam Hollander, and Mike Flynn (i.e., The Fray).
