CAKEBOY3XL is a Berlin-based artist delivering high-energy Phonk and Trap with heavy Memphis rap influence. Inspired by acts like $uicideboy$, Three 6 Mafia, and Juicy J, his sound is raw, melancholic and authentic. He brings togehter lyrics that prompt reflection but also energy thats built for mosh pits. Starting from black metal and grunge roots, he evolved into hip-hop and found his identity in Phonk after years under his former alias Escape. Together with his main producer IKARUS as Team Cake, he’s known for relentless output, outstanding sound, strong stage presence and well written lyrics. He has supported T9 and Argonautiks, performed alongside Apollo Brown, and played on many underground but also major stages.
