i've always written songs for the sake of my own sanity. banging on the piano keys and belting my ass off for hours to feel better, going down the Ableton production rabbit hole recording vocal layer after vocal layer, that's where i feel free to be my truest self. these songs have gotten me through so much. as long as i share the songs that i needed to hear, that i had the impulse to make, that have helped me survive and thrive through this strange existence, then i'll be relieved i gave them a chance to be heard at all. so if these songs ever do find you in a place where you may have needed to hear them too, i hope they help you live this life more deeply, to feel it all fully. i hope it helps. welcome to the inside of my brain, my friend. i hope you stay a while :) xx CG
