Claytown Troupe is an English alternative rock and gothic rock band formed in 1984 that gained prominence in the late '80s with their debut album Through the Veil. Known for anthemic, roots-infused guitar rock reminiscent of contemporaries like The Cult, the group bridges post-punk sensibilities with driving melodic energy. They experienced a revival in the 2000s and continue to perform and release music.
