Een underground, energieke acid-house-act.
JOHNNY O is a left-field force in the underground dance world. A maverick DJ and producer known for raw, high-energy sets that move floors from DIY art spaces to Brooklyn clubs like Rash and Bossa Nova Civic Club. He’s already made his international debut in Berlin and has begun touring across the U.S. With 15+ years in the music game, 70+ tracks across 10+ genres, and a background that spans fronting a touring emo band, studio engineering, sound design, film post-production, and mastering, he’s played 90+ cities across North America. He’s built a movement around sound, not clout. From the early days of booking intimate shows to launching CLUB BART, JOHNNY O has always chosen the long road, drawing inspiration from Berlin’s dark, pulse-driven sound and bringing it to the sweaty dance floors of Brooklyn. His sets are a collision of acid, bouncy hard trance, and hardgroove, designed to cut through the noise and light up the underground.
