Tel Aviv born and Berlin based, Ori is a saxophone player, composer and a graduate of Berklee College of Music with Bachelor's and Master's degrees (Global Jazz Institute directed by Danilo Perez). He was awarded a full tuition scholarship for both degrees and studied with Joe Lovano, Dave Liebman and George Garzone. After graduating, Ori moved to NYC and later to Berlin. As a composer and an improviser, Ori is aiming to create a bridge between Jazz, Jewish and Arabic music- which represents his cultural background.
