Volgende show: Austin, vri 6 nov.
Based in Austin, Texas, S. L. Houser crafts art-pop-infused indie rock that draws on early-aughts guitar sensibilities and rich, classically trained piano arrangements. Following years as an in-demand studio collaborator and touring musician for acts like Zella Day and Matthew Logan Vasquez, she debuted her solo work with the 2023 EP Hibiscus via Spaceflight Records. Her emotive songwriting explores themes of professional burnout and self-reflection with a polished, independent spirit.
