Symønne is an electronic music artist, producer and DJ known for her genre fluency, taking audiences on journeys across scenes, sounds, and cultures. She unapologetically centers Black dance music in a sound she’s dubbed Booty Club, a fluid movement through house, hardgroove, ghettotech, breaks, juke, booty bass, and global club. Think cheeky lyrics, live vocals, and big basslines. If it shakes or grooves, it’s official club business. Symønne has shared stages with Charlotte de Witte, Carl Craig, Moodymann, DJ Minx, Shiba San, J. Phlip, LOVEFOXY, and more, performing in eight countries and at festivals including Lightning in a Bottle. Her music has been released on Aliens on Mushrooms and Humble House Records, with an upcoming EP on Quack Squawk Honk. Her recent collaboration with Gettoblaster, THICC BEAT, reached #17 on Beatport’s Tech House chart. As the founder of the Blaque Mária collective, Symønne is passionate about impact beyond the decks and champions Black and femme representation in electronic music through curated events, education, and community. Welcome to Booty Club. Move accordingly.
