A nostalgic glam metal act.
ZEBRA V (pronounced Zebra Five) is Zebra’s first album release in 23 years since 2003’s Zebra IV. ZEBRA V drops in full on November 13th, 2026 (digital and CD). The same day of the Patchogue Theatre November 13 & 14 Zebra Weekend. In advance of the new album release, The first single, co-written by KISS’ Paul Stanley/Randy Jackson and produced by the late, great Jack Douglas entitled “Walk With You” will drop on October 16th, 2026. The late great Jack Douglas (John Lennon, Aerosmith) returns as producer on 5 of the 11 track set. Jack produced the first two Zebra albums, 1983’s self titled debut on Atlantic Records (which was the fastest selling debut album in the history of Atlantic Records at the time), and 1984’s No Tellin’ Lies (Atlantic). Sadly this is one of Jack Douglas last works. The album contains two very special classic tracks which were featured on the 1990s’ Zebra Live’ album but never released on any Zebra studio record. Freshly recorded studio versions of fan favorites “The Last Time” and “She’s Waiting For You” are guaranteed to please the Zebra die-hards who have waited over 35 years to hear them. Established in 1975, Zebra is Randy Jackson, Felix Hanemann and Guy Gelso. The band has been playing live shows every year for the last 51 years making Zebra the longest national touring US band of all time to still feature all of its original members!
Zebra plays classic hard rock and arena rock with progressive and AOR influences, highlighted by soaring vocals and intricate guitar work.
Zebra consists of founding members Randy Jackson, Felix Hanemann, and Guy Gelso.
Zebra was originally formed in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1975 before building a prominent following on Long Island.
