When she was 10, she loved Justin Bieber. When he started drag racing and doing drugs, she wrote him a strongly worded letter expressing her disappointment in him. Zola Simone cares. She cares a lot. Now 23, with countless failed relationships and friendships under her belt, it makes no sense why she isn’t disillusioned or jaded. But she opens her heart again and again. In a conversation, in a text, on stage, in a song. With over 10 years of experience releasing and performing her music, she has brought songs from her notes app to stages like TD Garden, The Paradise Rock Club, and Mercury Lounge. Since dropping out of college, she has released her 19-track sophomore album 'Kaleidoscope', made her festival debut at Boston Calling, and received placements on Spotify's 'All New Pop' and 'Lazy Sunday' editorial playlists. Zola is currently living in Boston, where she is adding the finishing touches to her next project and unsuccessfully trying to quit vaping.
