Angine de Poitrine bring their intricate microtonal guitars and math rock grooves to Brooklyn Steel for an upcoming performance. Tickets on Mood.
Angine de Poitrine are a band that draws inspiration from rock deities, creating asymmetrical and dissonant music characterized by tight, pulsing drum grooves and intricate, double-neck microtonal guitar work. The duo—composed of Klek and Khn de Poitrine—fuses elements of acid techno, disco, and rock into a high-energy sound that they describe as hypnotic and ecstatic. Following their 2024 debut album, the band has built momentum through performances at major festivals. Their latest project, 'Vol. 2', continues this exploration with dynamic structures and complex arrangements, further pushing the boundaries of their loop-based musical style.
