An acoustic lay-down soundbath and Ayurvedic Prana lifeforce healing session led by Swami SiddhAtmAnanda at Swadharma Ashram. Participants experience restorative sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bowls designed to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and encourage deep meditation. Attendees also have the option to receive gentle energetic Prana healing.
