Classically trained pianist, composer, producer and vocalist Marina Herlop has established herself as one of the most distinctive and innovative voices in contemporary music. Following the release of Pripyat (2022) and Nekkuja (2023), two acclaimed albums in the international experimental scene, she returns with Dja Dja, her boldest work to date. Conceived as a single interconnected piece using the Hero’s Journey as a structural framework, Dja Dja explores transformation, inner struggle and self-affirmation. The new tour marks the live premiere of this body of work through a completely reimagined performance, featuring new textures, brass arrangements and an intricate musical architecture.
