Een queer, dansbare alternative-r&b-avond.
Club Cocoa brings amapiano, afro house, and a live performance to The House in Brooklyn. Tickets on Mood.
Club Cocoa is an emerging queer party series founded by NYC-based Nigerian artist halima, created for the diaspora by the diaspora. It blends sweat, sweetness, and sound into a celebration of African culture and heritage, providing a safe space to exist freely and celebrate collective existence. Inspired by Lagos' Festac 77 festival, the event features selectors UBABU, CH3RI, and Nebula, alongside a live performance by halima premiering new, unreleased music.
