New World Symphony launches its 2026-27 season under the baton of Stéphane Denève with an orchestral program bridging Mexican and French compositions. The concert begins with Gabriela Ortiz's Kauyumari led by conducting fellow Ziwei Ma, followed by violinist Anne Akiko Meyers performing Arturo Márquez's Fandango. The program concludes with Debussy's Ibéria and Ravel's iconic Boléro.
