10 Years of Musikfonds: Concerts, talks, installations, video
An underground brazilian jazz night.
Musikfonds e.V. is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a special event in the Betonhalle at the silent green Kulturquartier in Berlin. Since 2016, the organization has supported contemporary and avant-garde music across Germany. The program features improvised solo sets by Maria Portugal, sonic sculptures and experimental sound by Broken Frames Syndicate in collaboration with artist Paul Pape, complex arrangements from Leipzig/Berlin-based band Crutches, a nomadic sound intervention by collective Dynamische Akustische Forschung (DAF), and a screening of the music-theater piece ETERNAL DAWN by composer Alexander Schubert in collaboration with the Decoder Ensemble.
