MUV is an improvised music project that directs performers using hand signals and a sign-based language for real-time rhythm and improvisation. The group explores elements of Afrobeat, funk, dub, house, and Latin rhythms. The evening begins with a vinyl warm-up set, leading into live improvised music and an open guided jam session where visiting musicians are invited to join the stage. An afterparty follows to close out the night.
