CASCO 2: Semey / Ayuso / Seferli / Dumitriu

Overplus is a drum and bass duo consisting of Bjørk Semey and Carlos Ayuso, born from a curiosity about the intersection of electronic and acoustic sounds. They specialize in improvisational beat landscapes, described as a blend of gurgles, pops, and wobbles. In this unique concert mashup, Overplus joins musicians Antigoni Seferli and George Dumitriu. The performance features a newly written set of music specifically for this lineup, combining the raw energy of a rock band and the textures of a string trio with a core of drum and bass. Expect raw rock, samples, messy improvisation, and danceable beats.
