Billy Daniel Bunter plays an extended six-hour open-to-close set charting the history of London rave culture at Phonox. Tickets on Mood.
Billy Daniel Bunter returns to Phonox for an extended six-hour, open-to-close set, charting the sounds that shaped London rave culture. The journey spans six distinct chapters, moving from the birth of acid house in 1987-88 and the Summer of Love classics of 1989, into the bleeps, bass, and breaks of 1990. Each subsequent hour traces the evolution of the sound through the defining records of 1991, the explosion of 1992 rave, and finally arriving at the raw energy of 1993 original hardcore and jungle.
