Havelrauschen

The music program Havelrauschen brings electronic music to the historic Neukladow manor house during the Open Monument Day cultural festival Tag des Offenen Denkmals. At the beginning of the 20th century, under the stewardship of art historian and patron Johannes Guthmann, the estate became a retreat and a source of inspiration for artists and musicians. Havelrauschen carries this legacy into the present as three artists, firmly rooted in Berlin’s contemporary music scene, explore the landscape through field recordings and incorporate their observations into open-air site-specific performances.
