Saxophonist and composer Tony Malaby celebrates the release of his live album 'Strands', recorded at Close Up, as part of the Orchard Street Jazz Festival. A fixture of New York's improvised music scene, Malaby performs across two sets backed by pianist Jacob Sacks, bassist Eivind Opsvik, and drummer Dan Weiss.
