Originally conceived in 2023, Portale marks its third edition, exploring new possibilities within the planetarium. Developed by the Sound Studies and Sonic Arts MA program at the Berlin University of the Arts in collaboration with Stiftung Planetarium Berlin, the project transforms the planetarium's soundscape into its primary medium. Eleven audiovisual works are presented beneath the dome, exploring themes from digital file remnants and magnified bodily fragments to futuristic digital landscapes.
