A homegrown, underground entehno night.
Tasos Kofodimos and Yvonne Melissa present their new album 'Kormos', a conceptual project inspired by the mythology and physical nature of trees. The work features a specially designed chamber ensemble of four string instruments: violin, viola, cello, and the Greek steriano lute. Their musical language blends elements of Greek traditional music, Persian traditions, gypsy jazz, and the structures of a classical string quartet. For this performance, they are joined by Catalan violist Laia Escartin and Iranian cellist Mahyar Tahmasbi.
