Chicago-based indie-rock outfit Friko is back with their sophomore album, Something Worth Waiting For. Following their acclaimed 2024 debut, the group—led by vocalist Niko Kapetan alongside Bailey Minzenberger, Korgan Robb, and David Fuller—continues to refine their sound, blending noise-rock and symphonic balladry. Their latest work balances raw emotional honesty with sonic experimentation, cementing their place as a compelling voice in the modern alternative canon. A portion of every ticket sold benefits Santa for a Day, a charity dedicated to empowering children in underserved communities through literacy and holiday gift-giving.
